Hollywood Photos Photo Booth - Program Overview
See How the Hollywood Photos Movie Booth Program Works!
Customers are introduced to Hollywood Photos. The first Internet Photo Booth that prints and e-mails pictures as well as records and e-mails movies. |
After enough money has been inserted to purchase a photograph, the customer is shown a menu screen and told to "touch the screen." This menu screen lets customers choose between a printed photograph and a movie postcard. The customer may be instructed to insert more money for the movie postcard. |
If the customer chooses the printed photograph, then they will be shown a menu where they can select 1, 2, or 4 poses or 1 pose with a novelty border. |
If the customer chooses the photograph with a border, then they will be able to choose which border they want around their picture. They will be able to see themselves inside of the different borders. |
The customer is then allowed to adjust the angle of the camera's view. Live video of the customer is turned on so they can see if they are centered within the picture. |
The customer then poses for the pictures. The photo-booth cabinet lights are turned on and the monitor shows a counter above the video on the display. The customer is told to "smile" and their picture is taken. |
The customer is then shown their picture on the display and asked if they wants to e-mail their picture. If yes, then they insert more money. |
If the customer chooses yes, then he will be told to wait for the photo-booth to connect to the Internet. Then the customer is shown a screen to tell them to customize the e-mail message so the e-mail recipient knows that it came from somebody they know and that it is not junk e-mail or spam. |
The customer is then shown an on-screen PC keyboard which they can use to type in a custom e-mail message. The custom message will appear in the e-mails "subject" line. |
Then the customer is shown another on-screen keyboard which he can use to type in the recipients e-mail address. When they are done, they will press the "send" button. |
Then the customer is done. They take their photo and leave the booth. Or they play again! |
Now here is what happens when a customer shoots a movie...
The movie postcard feature works the same way as the printed photo shown above, except before the still photo is taken, the movie is filmed. After the adjust camera screen, the customer is told, "get ready to film your movie." Then the filming starts... |
The video camera turns on and the photo-booth says "Camera!" |
Then the photo-booth begins to record the movie and says "Action!". The customer gets 15 seconds to do and say anything. |
The photo-booth counts down 15 seconds and then stops filming and says, "Cut!" The movie post card is now completed. |
After the movie is filmed, it is played back to the customer. The customer then has a choice to film another movie, watch the movie again, or e-mail the movie. After the movie has been e-mailed, a still photo is taken and printed as shown above. |
